Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Albundle service ("Service") is provided by FRANCISCO MIGUEL COSTA IGREJA ("Albundle", "we", "us"), trading as Albundle. By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with the seller.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Albundle is a release-planning workspace for independent music creators, including project, task, asset, and collaboration tools. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent content.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the Service's security, performance, or availability.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical limits.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscribed plan. You retain rights to the content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

8. Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination we will delete or return your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the seller's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
